Scout Cost
- Activity –climbing $32.00
- Meals/snacks: pizza, drinks, breakfast $ 5.00
- Total $37.00
What to Bring
- Permission Slip – due at Nov 30 meeting
- Additional Waiver – due at Nov 30 meeting
- Class B or comfortable athletic clothes for climbing
- Equipment: sleeping bag, pillow, toothbrush, earplugs etc… The floor is padded, indoors but chilly at night
Schedule
- Payment due on Nov 30 at Troop Meeting (cash/check/scout bucks)
- Meet at the Scout Hut at 7:15pm (Friday, Dec 4th) in Class A
- Have dinner before arriving, Pizza snack available at 11pm
- Return to Scout Hut at 8:30 am (Saturday, Dec 5th ) in Class A
Notices
- All night lock-in includes climbing, program direction, safety equipment, and climbing shoes.
- Instruction includes belay, boulder spotting, rappelling, climbing technique, care and use of equipment.
- Scouts can earn the Climbing Merit Badge in one LONG night.
- All climbers MUST sign a Waiver of Liability Contract before climbing or belaying others in the gym
Adult Fees
- $37 to climb and belay
- $20 to belay only (cost of belay class plus food)
- $ 5 to watch (and eat)
