The trip started on Valentines weekend with a damp campsite and rain soon followed. The average temperature was around 45 but it felt a hack of a lot colder then that. After cooking the meals and sitting by the campfire, the troop went to sleep.

This outing was a Leave No Trace hiking outing. We left on Friday at about 6:30 and drove to West Wolf Creek Road north of Vogel State Park. It was dark when we got there, so we set up camp and got ready for bed.
We had another "Friday13th" moment. At the camp there was an empty camper/trailer.
